Susan Messenheimer has spent the last two decades as an information technology writer, analyst, and researcher focusing on how people work and how companies compete.

Small- and medium-size business / channel marketing
In addition to providing content for large enterprises, Susan has also edited several channel-focused newsletters for a major software vendor and has authored articles aimed at helping small- and medium-size businesses make the most of IT — including leveraging relationships with clients and prospects, helping distributors lower costs and boost profits with demand-forecasting tools, and project portfolio management.

Prior to co-founding aimpublications, Susan served as a research manager at International Data Corp. and before that held several marketing positions at Raytheon Corp.
